Does watching someone else's memories make you human? That's the question VisionQuest keeps circling in its first two episodes, and Sarah and Will do not land in the same place on it.
White Vision is walking around in a borrowed coat, chasing a life he only saw in photographs. Sarah's question cuts deeper than the show's own: if the only thing you have is an image of a moment, did you actually experience it? Meanwhile, Tommy is running the mirror version of that arc, carrying memories of a life that was never his. Two characters, one question. Is a memory you didn't live still yours?
No spoilers past Episode 2.
