4. DMCA Notices of Claimed Copyright Infringement
The Scene N Nerd Podcast respects the intellectual-property rights of others. 5. Counter-Notifications
A person who believes that material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification. The counter-notification should include:

After receipt of a valid counter-notification, the Scene N Nerd Podcast may restore the removed material as permitted by applicable law unless the original complaining party provides notice that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
6. Repeat Infringers
Where applicable, the Scene N Nerd Podcast may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
7. Misrepresentations
Any person submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification should ensure that the submission is accurate. The DMCA may impose liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, when a person knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing or that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Scene N Nerd Podcast may revise this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
